It’s to world-wide competition, everybody can work everybody.

TIME CONTEST: From 13:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC (six consecutive hours)
Notes: All participants are invited to send log even if a small number of QSOs
BANDS: 7 Mhz and 3.5 Mhz

As authorized by your license.
Packet Cluster not admitted.
PC on CW not admitted.
CONTEST EXCHANGE:
Reports RST + WW Locator (examples: 5/9 JN64 or 599 KM40)

SCORING: MULTIPLIER is calculated by QRB between the two stations with a corrective for band:
40 Mt.: 1 point multiplier for every Qso
80 Mt.: 1 point multiplier for every Qso

FINAL SCORING: The sum of QSO-points from all bands times the sum of multipliers from all bands.
